Kenny Wallace

A native of the St. Louis area, Wallace resides with his wife Kim, and their three daughters in Concord, N.C., near Charlotte.

The youngest of three Wallace brothers competing in NASCAR, Kenny started the same way older brother Rusty did -- in the American Speed Association (ASA). Competing at tracks across the Midwest, he won the ASA Rookie of the Year title in 1986.

When Wallace moved to the NASCAR Busch Series Grand National Division three years later, he won the Rookie of the Year title in that series as well. In

1993, Wallace drove for car owner Felix Sabates and competed for rookie honors in the NASCAR Winston Cup Series, finishing third behind Jeff Gordon and Bobby Labonte. Wallace has also driven for Robert Yates, filling in for the injured Ernie Irvan for the final 10 races of 1994.

His first career NASCAR Winston Cup start came at North Wilkesboro in 1990. Wallace also has eight NASCAR Busch Series wins and eight Bud Poles to his credit.
